I came with this project when I had to participate in a competitive event organized by G D Goenka University. Basic Idea was to create a machine which could be used in Bomb disposal operations to save human severity and lives. This project was a tank with a robotic hand and wire cutter which could be used to cut wires discretely that’s why I entitled it as Bomb Disposal.

​The main frame of tank was made by combining two normal frames to elevate stiffness and strength which was of prime concern this time because my last tank wasn’t able to bear all the heavy weight of the robotic hand. The conveyer belt which goes through the wheels were made by me because when I searched for it in market they were not easily available. So, I decided to give it a shot by myself and I took proper measurements then used files to clean ends and joined them using a single strand wire and they worked really well. Wire cutter was made using a DC geared motor to attenuate a cutter on commands. For controlling it I used an android smartphone and Bluetooth for establishing communication between machine and user.
